YH-VR-TC

  • Upper mold template installs two upper molds; on the disc, there are two lower molds, rotating 180 ° go Back and forth alternately when in molding. It can then complete two-color (two materials) injection molding, (or over-molding).
  • Vertical clamping, plus a disc, and with two independent injection units (independent hydraulic oil line); clamping force is of 50TON-250TON, with full computer control; low & high hydraulic system is more suitable for general or specific two-color (two materials) products of the molding.
  • Highly efficient disc is equipped with a water jacket device in the middle for carrying cooling water to the lower mold. It can expand computer programs and special multi-point disc (i.e. two upper molds, four lower molds). On the other two lower molds, it can be equipped with automatic inserting and picking-out device to achieve full automatic operation so as to increase production capacity.
